Solid Factory manufactures Schüco-based aluminum façade, window, and door systems designed for efficient, predictable installation.

Documentation & On-Product Guidance

Every door, window, and façade element is delivered with clear identification and QR-based access to installation information, directly on the product.

This ensures that everything stays linked to the element throughout its lifecycle, remains available after handover, and does not depend on external file storage or printed manuals.

Packaging is designed not only for transport protection, but for fast on-site handling, clear identification, and minimal unnecessary movement.

Reusable Post
Pallet System

To reduce waste and improve logistics efficiency, we also use reusable post pallets designed for stacking, protection, and structured transport.

Pallets are part of the logistics system — not disposable packaging.

Clear identification and orientation - installers immediately know what the product is, where it belongs, and how it should be installed.

Labels include

  • Project and element identification
  • Product type and system reference
  • Orientation markings (top / bottom, inside / outside)
  • Opening direction where applicable
  • QR-based access to drawings and installation guidance
